The Blacqskirt Brand became a vision in 2005 when Sherri Hall found that the only way to satisfy her wardrobe was to create clothing that fit her body type. She partnered with her mother Sybil Lyles, whose experience at the sewing table dates back 50 plus years. Together, over the next 2 years they would develop a collection of A-Line skirts, the very first of which was a “black skirt”. In 2007, The BLACQSKIRT Design House was born.

The BLACQSKIRT brand specializes in sophisticated chic apparel and accessories for women, a brand for every woman. The size range is from Small to 3X. The company product collections are a compilation of hand crafted goods, new and up-cycled garments.
